LSW3226 ROTARY PARTS WASHER

The WVN3226 is a state-of-the-art rotary washer designed to clean engine heads and blocks and a varietyof smaller parts after machining. Parts are positioned on a rotating turntable where jets of hot water sprayfrom the top, sides and bottom and detergent quickly removes grease, oil and dirt.

No gaskets to replace. Double-lipped metal door seal prevents leaks.
No clogs. Very large diameter nozzles flood parts with solution.
No trouble. 3 HP long life, trouble-free Gusher pump.
Save clean-out time. Slanted floor design moves sludge to back of machine.
Huge 1000 lb. Capacity on heavy duty turn table.
Long machine life with heavy duty 10-gauge steel construction.
Safety first, last and always. Door switch prevents machine operation while door is open.

Electrical:
NEMA 12 electrical enclosure with Cutler Hammer controls. Components are UL and CSA registered. Standard voltage available is 440/220 volt, 3 phase. All wiring is enclosed in water tight conduit. A door safety will turn main power off if the door is opened during the clean cycle.
